Glass art is delicate and may be damaged if not handled with care.
Avoid extreme heat.
To clean, rub your piece gently in one direction with a lint free towel. Do not use products like tissue paper or paper towels, as they can cause scratching.
Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
OMGlass is not responsible for items damaged after an in-store purchase has been made or delivery has been accepted.
We are more than happy to try and repair a broken piece when possible. Shipping will be covered by the buyer.
