Our unique fused glass heart sculptures are one of a kind and completely handmade in California. This heart is made by a process of dripping melted glass over metal rods then boiling the glass to 1700 degrees Fahrenheit and cooling it down to a solid, polished finish. After removed from the kiln each heart is cold worked with diamond disks to give the edges a finished uniform edge and then return to the kiln for a final fire polish. Each heart fires for at-least a total of 30 hours.
Each heart is handcrafted to generate an organic design that cannot be replicated. Like our own hearts, they are one of a kind.
This heart is made of beautiful opaque blues and purples with touches of pink & black accents. The back of this large heart is filled with light pink, purples & blue with a completely different design.
Each custom designed piece is accompanied by a custom made clear acrylic stand or black acrylic stand.
Each heart is signed by the artist & a certificate of authenticity is included.

The back of each piece is Simi finished. Bubbles are a natural part of the process of boiling glass so many of our pieces do have small bubbles or popped bubbles in the glass.
