Our Garden Party fused glass heart sculptures are one of a kind and completely handmade in California. They are made by a process of boiling glass by boiling it to 1700 degrees Fahrenheit and cooling them down to a solid, polished finish. After removed from the kiln each heart is cold worked with diamond disks to give the edges a finished uniform edge and then return to the kiln for a final fire polish. Our hearts fires for at-least a total of 30 hours.
Each heart is handcrafted to generate an organic design that cannot be replicated. Like our own hearts, they are one of a kind.
The back of each piece is Simi finished. Bubbles are a natural part of the process of boiling glass so many of our pieces do have small bubbles or popped bubbles in the glass.
This Large sized "Ocean Garden" heart is composed of different shades of opaque & translucent blue glass combined with lavender & green accents. This glass heart has been infused with a deep blue sparkles.
Each custom designed piece is accompanied by a custom made clear acrylic stand or black acrylic stand.
Every piece is signed by the artist & a certificate of authenticity is included.
